Trillium Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy promotes the joy and beauty of Rhythmic Gymnastics through high-quality training provided by certified coaches. "Our goal is to develop each gymnast to the best of their abilities," says Head Coach Tatsiana Kastenkava.

 

Founded in 2011, Trillium Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy has produced provincial and Canadian champions. Trillium Rhythmic builds upon the foundations of rhythmic gymnastics to help gymnasts reach their full potential and ultimately succeed in the sport. Coaches at Trillium Rhythmic emphasize healthy, active living, discovering love for rhythmic gymnastics, and pushing every gymnast past their limits to reach their dreams. Tatsiana describes Rhythmic Gymnastics as a graceful, elegant sport. "We want all our gymnasts to develop their skills, work hard, and also have fun."

 

Since the club's founding, many high-level gymnasts have earned gold medals from provincial, national, and international championships in both individual and group categories. Trillium is home to multiple Canadian Olympians, Pan-American medalists, international medalists, and university games participants.
